For as long as I can remember, I’ve been inspired by the spirit of entrepreneurship. As a teenager, I began interviewing local business owners for a blog I created—listening to their stories, learning their challenges, and sharing their wisdom with others who dreamed of building something of their own. That early curiosity grew into a deep respect for the heart of entrepreneurship.

With a degree in Business Management and extensive experience in property management finance, I’ve worked closely with budgets, forecasting, and operational planning for apartment communities. I oversaw lease-ups—guiding new communities from opening through stabilized occupancy. Lease-ups require strategic financial planning, close budget oversight, marketing coordination, and disciplined tracking of performance metrics. That experience sharpened my ability to manage growth carefully, monitor cash flow, and build strong financial foundations from the ground up.
